Registration is now open for Colorado Nonprofit Association’s Nonprofit Legal Audit Clinic in July. Smaller nonprofits are invited to register for the free event to receive a legal assessment.
The Nonprofit Legal Audit Clinic matches nonprofits with a team of volunteer lawyers who will review governing documents, contracts, policies and more.
During the event, nonprofits have an opportunity to ensure they are in compliance and up-to-date with best practices. Organizations also have the opportunity to ask specific legal questions.

The Summer Clinic will be held on July 26, 2017 at Sherman & Howard L.L.C.’s office in Denver.
